Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information submitted for their listing. Tuluva.in does not verify the accuracy of listing content and is not liable for any errors, omissions, or outdated information.

All submitted listings are subject to review and approval by the Tuluva.in team. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that:

In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in English or Kannada at the discretion of the arbitrator.
